This tutorial will help you connect to another player's ip address. To start just click on game mode

Then click on Multiplayer

Here you can enter your machina name or your fifa nickname then click on Direct IP

Select or click on NEW

Now you will be asked to enter the players name or nick name and ip address you must enter both information.
then click OK

After you have entered your opponents name and ip address CLICK OK

Now select the nickname or name of the player ip u just entered and click on connect, then it will take from 0 to 30 seconds to connect to the other person's computer.
