To get started you need to create a team in FIFA under Virtual Pro then sign at least 2 players (you +2). After you've completed those steps you can participate or challenge another team in the Team Play ladder. All matches must be played on Virtual Pro Mode because this is the only that you can show proof that you won a match.

Each team as $200,000 virtual money to spend on registered players in the ladder. Each player on the ladder has a money value of $20,000. This value goes up and down depending on their performance in the 1v1 ladder games. A very bad player cost around $20,000 to $50,000. A top could cost around $80,000 and up.

At the moment, you have enough cash to buy at leas 5 new or bad players, or 1 really good player, it's your choice.

Your team makes money by winning games against other teams (a team playr match). A team play match also effects your team's value. Your team value will increase or decrease depending how well (or bad) your team are doing against other teams. You can buy more players with your team cash.

To buy players, keep an eye on the Team Application Board. Players that want to be in a team will submit their request t join a team or any team. Sometimes the player posting will ONLY want to join your team, this will be highlighted on the application board. When you are ready to buy a player, click on the SIGN player in your control centre, and you will be able to buy any players from the board. A player posting on the board will always be fresh, as every application expires after a week.

Create a team or club inside FIFA under the Virtual Pro Mode:
Invite your friend to your club and launch the Virtual Pro Club mode and

Report the result.
At the end of the match, winner (team leader) can report the match result from the Team Match Center

The Game Settings and Forbiden Moves are the same as in the ladder games.
